Responsibilities
- Conduct nighttime security patrols and surveillance at federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts within 5 minutes
- Enforce access control procedures for personnel and vehicles
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance reports
- Maintain compliance with TSA and DHS protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in surveillance systems and access control software
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
