Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly security patrols of federal facilities using advanced surveillance systems
- Monitor access control points and verify credentials for personnel/visitors
- Respond immediately to security breaches and emergency incidents
- Maintain detailed incident logs and submit comprehensive shift reports
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during critical operations
- Implement and enforce federal security protocols (FIPS, PII handling)
- Train junior security staff on emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with CCTV systems and access control software
- Strong written communication for incident reporting
- Pass background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment
