Responsibilities
- Conduct physical security assessments of federal facilities and assets
- Implement and monitor access control systems and surveillance operations
- Collaborate with federal agencies on threat intelligence and incident response
- Train personnel on security protocols and emergency procedures
- Prepare detailed security reports and compliance documentation
- Manage security technology systems including biometric scanners and CCTV
- Coordinate with local law enforcement during joint security operations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal/local security operations
- Proficiency in security software systems (e.g., C-CURE, Genetec)
- FEMA certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300)
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work rotating shifts and emergency deployments
