Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol federal facilities during night shift hours
- Conduct access control screenings and verify credentials for personnel/visitors
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement as needed
- Prepare detailed security reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Operate detection equipment and conduct routine facility inspections
- Enforce federal regulations and safety protocols across assigned areas
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance eligibility
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in surveillance systems and access control technologies
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background investigation and physical fitness assessment
