Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of federal facilities
- Respond to security breaches and emergency incidents during night operations
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials of personnel
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during critical events
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Maintain communication with day-shift counterparts for seamless operations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Certification in CPR/First Aid and emergency response procedures
- Proficiency with surveillance systems and access control software
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Strong written communication skills for reporting documentation
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
