Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
- Assist veterans with daily living activities and mobility support
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using VA systems

- Implement infection control protocols and safety procedures

Qualifications
- Active state Nursing Assistant certification (CNA) required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Ability to pass federal background check and VA credentialing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
