Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into federal databases and ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive records.
- Manage incoming correspondence, route mail, and coordinate interoffice communications.
- Assist visitors and callers with general inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Prepare routine reports, memos, and correspondence using Microsoft Office software.
- Assist in the procurement and tracking of office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with high volumes of information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
