Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of federal facilities and administrative processes during critical weekend hours. You will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all weekend administrative operations and facility security protocols.
- Process incoming federal documents and correspondence with strict attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure federal standards and safety regulations are met.
- Coordinate with on-call teams to resolve operational issues and facility emergencies.
- Prepare detailed reports and status updates for federal stakeholders regarding weekend activities.
- Maintain and update records in federal databases and tracking systems.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new temporary staff for weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a valid Green Card.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal, government, or high-security administrative roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and federal database management systems.
- Security: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior government officials.
