Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence and inquiries via email and phone systems.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical records in compliance with federal standards.
- Prepare and compile detailed reports, memos, and briefing materials for leadership review.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for agency personnel.
- Assist in the processing of personnel actions and timekeeping documentation.

Qualifications
