Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming federal contract proposals, ensuring all documentation meets FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) standards.
- Manage contract modifications, renewals, and closeouts with precision and adherence to timelines.
- Communicate effectively with federal agency stakeholders and internal project teams to resolve contract discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date contract files and digital records in compliance with federal security protocols.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management and government oversight bodies.
- Conduct internal audits to identify risks and ensure organizational compliance with all applicable laws.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain or hold a valid government security clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal contract administration, procurement, or related fields.
- Strong working knowledge of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software (e.g., SAP, Deltek).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
