Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and processing of veterans' benefit claims and inquiries.
- Manage and organize confidential federal records and documentation with strict adherence to privacy regulations.
- Communicate effectively with veterans, their families, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Support compliance activities and ensure all federal guidelines are met during daily operations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a favorable suitability determination.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and federal database systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
