Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of federal program metrics to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and agency stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between federal agencies and local community partners.
- Manage and organize confidential documentation, ensuring strict compliance with federal record-keeping standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of part-time staffing schedules and workflow optimization strategies.
- Monitor program performance against established KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to all federal regulations, agency policies, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal, state, or public sector administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with federal grant management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
