Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal job applications and inquiries with high accuracy.
- Assist in the maintenance of personnel records and compliance documentation in accordance with federal regulations.
- Conduct research on federal employment policies and interpret eligibility requirements for applicants.
- Coordinate with various federal agencies to facilitate the onboarding of part-time contractors.
- Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and preparing recruitment materials.
- Monitor compliance standards to ensure all federal hiring practices meet legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED); Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal database systems.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation and/or security clearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a government, military, or high-security environment is a strong plus.
