- Manage and process federal applications and documentation with high accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct preliminary screening of candidates for state and local government positions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards for sensitive federal data.
- Coordinate between federal agencies and local stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.
- Update and organize digital records and filing systems for audit readiness.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and regulatory documentation.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or government services.
- Strong understanding of federal and state procurement regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software.
