Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake, verification, and processing of federal pension applications.
- Provide professional customer service to federal retirees regarding benefit inquiries and status updates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all pension transactions and personal data.
- Perform high-speed data entry and file organization to support the Pension Administration department.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies in pension records.
- Prepare correspondence and reports related to pension plan activities.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30 wpm minimum).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and security clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
