Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administration and processing of federal pension plans, including FERS and CSRS calculations.
- Ensure full compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and federal government pension requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of pension records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for federal employees and retirees regarding benefit inquiries.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal pension administration or benefits management.
- Strong working knowledge of FERS (Federal Employees Retirement System) and CSRS (Civil Service Retirement System).
- In-depth understanding of ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) and IRS tax regulations.
