Responsibilities
- Process and manage federal pension applications and enrollment documentation
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, TSP, and OPM retirement regulations
- Analyze participant data to resolve pension inquiries and discrepancies
- Prepare and submit quarterly pension plan reports to oversight agencies
- Collaborate with HR departments on retirement planning initiatives
- Maintain accurate digital records using federal systems (e.g., HRConnect)
- Respond to participant inquiries via secure communication channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal positions)
