Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans ensuring strict adherence to ERISA and OPM regulations
- Process retirement claims and benefit calculations with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct compliance audits and resolve complex pension discrepancies

- Collaborate with HR departments across agencies on pension policy implementation

- Prepare quarterly reports for OPM oversight and congressional inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of pension plan administration or federal benefits experience
