Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 5+ years of pension administration or federal benefits experience
- SPBC or QKA certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA and federal retirement regulations
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., PeopleSoft)
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
