Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee federal pension plan compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
- Conduct comprehensive audits of pension plan documents and financial operations

- Provide technical guidance to federal agencies and private sector pension sponsors
- Analyze complex pension data to identify trends and potential risks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of pension plan administration or federal regulatory experience
- Expert knowledge of ERISA, IRS Code 401(k), and federal pension regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, CCP, or SPHR) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
