Responsibilities

- Provide guidance to federal agencies on pension plan administration

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years experience in pension plan administration or benefits management
- Knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS/CSRS) and TSP
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or CEBS designation preferred
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
