Responsibilities

- Analyze complex pension plan data to identify financial risks and ensure solvency
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve pension disputes and fiduciary violations
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional oversight and public transparency
- Train federal employees on pension plan regulations and fiduciary responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in pension plan administration or benefits management
- Expert knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and multi-employer pension systems
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, QKA, or CFA) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Empower, Alight)
- Ability to interpret complex financial statements and actuarial reports
- Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
