Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit federal pension plans for ERISA compliance
- Investigate member complaints and resolve disputes within 30-day SLA
- Develop educational materials for plan sponsors and participants
- Collaborate with DOJ on enforcement actions for non-compliance
- Analyze plan data using advanced actuarial software
- Present findings to congressional committees as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years pension administration experience
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expert knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations
- Advanced proficiency in pension analytics platforms
- Top Secret security clearance eligibility
- Master's degree in Finance or Public Administration
