Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension administration or retirement planning experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and pension management software systems
- Certified Public Pension Administrator (CPPA) or SHRM-SCP designation preferred
- Deep understanding of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and Indiana pension laws
