Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records using SSA proprietary systems and documentation protocols

- Train junior staff on pension regulations and SSA operational procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension plan administration or federal benefits experience
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and federal benefit software systems
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, TSP, and OPM pension regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Federal background investigation clearance required
