- Develop retirement education materials for federal employees
- Conduct benefit audits and resolve complex pension disputes
- Collaborate with OPM and Treasury on retirement policy initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 5+ years pension administration or retirement planning experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., CBP, CFP) preferred
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Millennium, Benefitfocus)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k), and federal retirement systems
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and actuarial reports
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
