Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pension plan administration or benefits management.
- Knowledge of federal pension regulations and the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
