Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pension administration or federal benefits
- Familiarity with federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Proficiency in SSA systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- US citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Experience with data analysis tools preferred
