Responsibilities
- Process federal employee pension applications and retirement claims with meticulous accuracy
- Assist in maintaining compliance with ERISA, TSP, and OPM regulations
- Respond to inquiries from federal employees regarding pension benefits and retirement options
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve pension discrepancies
- Document all pension-related activities in federal systems (e.g., HR Connect, EBIS)
- Participate in quarterly pension policy training and certification programs
- Support annual pension audits and benefit reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of federal retirement systems (TSP, FERS, CSRS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with 95%+ accuracy in data handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass federal background check and security clearance
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience preferred
