Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans including TSP, CSRS, and FERS retirement systems
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (ERISA, OPM guidelines)
- Process retirement applications and benefit distributions
- Conduct pension plan audits and financial reporting
- Provide expert guidance to federal employees on retirement planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
