Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit multi-employer pension plans for ERISA compliance
- Investigate consumer complaints and fiduciary violations
- Develop regulatory guidance and interpret pension legislation
- Collaborate with legal teams on enforcement actions
- Present findings to stakeholders and industry groups
- Lead outreach programs for employer education
- Analyze financial data and actuarial reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Law, or related field
- 3+ years pension administration or regulatory experience
- ERISA and PBGC certification preferred
- Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents
- Security clearance eligibility required
- Federal HR experience a plus
