- Collaborate with DOJ and IRS on enforcement actions
- Monitor legislative changes affecting retirement plans
- Train plan administrators on fiduciary responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years pension plan administration experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, IRS 5500 filings, and DOL regulations
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Millennium, Plan Sponsor Pro)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
