- Prepare detailed enforcement recommendations for legal proceedings
- Collaborate with DOJ and IRS on multi-agency pension fraud cases
- Develop educational materials for plan sponsors and participants
- Monitor legislative updates affecting pension regulations
- Maintain night shift documentation protocols (4 PM - 12 AM CST)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years pension administration or regulatory compliance experience
- Expertise in ERISA, IRS Code 401(k), and PBGC regulations
- Advanced financial modeling and forensic accounting skills
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in SAS, Tableau, or pension compliance software
- Strong analytical writing for enforcement documentation
- Ability to work independently during night shift operations
