Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., NAGDS) preferred
- Proficiency in federal HR systems and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of TSP, FERS, and CSRS regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
