Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans including TSP, FERS, and CSRS with precision
- Process weekend shift benefits enrollments and adjustments for federal employees
- Analyze pension data to ensure compliance with federal regulations (ERISA, OPM guidelines)
- Respond to complex pension inquiries from federal employees and retirees
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on weekend operational continuity
- Prepare monthly pension reports and financial statements
- Maintain confidential employee records with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in pension administration or federal benefits
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with federal pension systems (e.g., HRIS, OPM systems)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance

- Availability to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
