Responsibilities
- Manage pension plan enrollment, eligibility, and benefit calculations for public employees
- Process retirement applications and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Conduct member outreach and provide comprehensive pension counseling services

- Collaborate with finance teams on actuarial reporting and fund management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of pension plan or benefits administration experience
- Proficiency with pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, Oracle HCM)
- Certified Pension Administrator (CPA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and California pension laws
