Responsibilities

- Advise employees on pension options and retirement planning strategies
- Ensure compliance with OPM regulations and federal statutes
- Process weekly payroll adjustments for pension contributions
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments on benefit integration
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports for federal oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or federal benefits experience
- Proficiency in federal retirement systems (e.g., HRIS, TSP)
- Knowledge of ERISA, OPM regulations, and IRS tax codes
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- U.S. citizenship and federal background clearance
