Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of pension administration or federal benefits experience
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS certification required
- Expertise in ERISA, TSP, and federal retirement systems
- Advanced proficiency in pension management software (e.g., FIS, Oracle HCM)
