Responsibilities
- Manage pension plan administration including enrollment, processing, and compliance with state regulations

- Respond to employee and retiree inquiries regarding pension plans and retirement options
- Prepare monthly reports and documentation for audit purposes
- Collaborate with finance and HR departments to ensure policy alignment
- Maintain confidential records in accordance with privacy laws
- Contribute to process improvements for pension plan efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and pension-specific software (e.g., Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex calculations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Knowledge of ERISA and Texas state pension regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional travel to state facilities
