Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare legislation and regulatory impacts for federal compliance
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for senior leadership
- Coordinate with congressional offices and federal agencies on policy initiatives
- Prepare briefing papers and testimony for congressional hearings
- Monitor implementation of the Affordable Care Act and related programs
- Lead cross-functional teams on special policy projects
- Conduct economic impact analyses for proposed health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in healthcare data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R)
- Knowledge of CMS and FDA regulatory frameworks
- Strong written communication with congressional briefing experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Experience with federal grant administration processes
