Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in municipal/federal government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R/Stata/Python)
- NYC government operations knowledge preferred
- Superior written communication for policy briefs
- Security clearance eligibility for sensitive data handling
- Experience with NYC Council hearing processes
