Responsibilities
- Analyze complex economic data and draft policy recommendations for federal initiatives
- Coordinate with congressional offices and stakeholder organizations on regulatory compliance
- Prepare detailed briefing papers and testimony for congressional hearings
- Manage cross-agency projects related to trade and economic development
- Monitor legislative developments and assess potential impacts on agency operations
- Mentor junior analysts and supervise policy research workflows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal government or policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in economic modeling software (Stata, R, or SAS)

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
