Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop data-driven reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives to enhance veteran service delivery
- Ensure strict adherence to OMB and GAO compliance standards
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with zero-defect audits
- Leverage GIS mapping to optimize service accessibility in rural NM communities
- Mentor junior analysts on federal procurement protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience with OMB Circular A-123
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX.gov)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Expertise in quantitative analysis using SPSS/R
- Experience with VA-specific regulations (38 CFR)
- Proven track record in managing multi-agency collaborations
