Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize federal healthcare programs serving Memphis-area veterans
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for OMB and VA headquarters
- Coordinate interagency projects with state and local partners
- Manage grant allocations and budget compliance for veteran services
- Develop data-driven recommendations for policy improvements
- Conduct site evaluations at community-based outpatient clinics
- Maintain strict adherence to federal procurement regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., FFATA, GSA)
- VA-specific experience with 38 CFR regulations preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with Veterans Health Information Systems (VistA)
