Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize federal healthcare programs for veterans
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional stakeholders
- Manage cross-departmental initiatives with $2M+ budgets
- Ensure compliance with VA regulations and OMB guidelines
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma
- Coordinate with state and local government partners
- Present findings to senior leadership using data visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal budgeting and grant management
- VA-specific certification or training preferred
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with federal procurement processes
