Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and compliance requirements
- Develop data-driven recommendations for policy improvements
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and stakeholder communications
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional oversight and executive leadership
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous fiscal controls
- Conduct site evaluations and process optimization audits
- Maintain strict adherence to federal regulations (FAR, DFARS)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., FPDS)
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- VA/FM certification preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
