Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex government projects from initiation through to final delivery.Analyze data and performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and public service delivery.Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies.Prepare detailed reports, policy briefs, and presentations for executive leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic community initiatives.Maintain accurate records and documentation of all project activities and compliance audits.Conduct research on best practices in public administration to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).3-5 years of professional experience in government, public sector, or non-profit operations.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment.Valid California Class C Driver’s License (required for occasional onsite meetings).
