Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis on federal regulations and agency policies to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare, coordinate, and review complex reports, briefings, and correspondence for senior leadership and federal stakeholders.
- Manage program documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to strict government standards.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external federal clients to resolve administrative issues and enhance workflow.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of program budgets, tracking expenditures and reporting variances.
- Perform quality assurance reviews on all administrative deliverables to maintain the highest level of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal administration, program management, or a related field within the public sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Deep understanding of federal regulations, procurement processes, and compliance standards (e.g., FAR, FAM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with government-specific software (e.g., SharePoint, JHUPEGS).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
