Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal programs and recommend policy improvements
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement veterans' initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Policy Analysis, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- GS-12 level federal service or equivalent
- Active security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GAINS)
- Experience with veterans' affairs programs
- Strong analytical writing and presentation skills
