Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership review
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement new veterans' service initiatives across Florida
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, OMB guidelines, and agency policies
- Develop strategic recommendations to improve program efficiency and veteran outreach
- Manage grant applications and budget allocations for regional projects
- Conduct data analysis using statistical software to identify service gaps
- Represent the agency at intergovernmental meetings and community events
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program experience
- Active Secret security clearance (ability to obtain if not current)
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems and grant management
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of veterans' affairs programs and services
